~ STATIC BREATH-HOLD SESSION ~

 

 

~ FINEST MEDITATION ~

Static apnea is first learned on dry land and then experienced and improved in the water. The participant relaxes deeply, not only to conserve oxygen, but to control and postpone the urge to breathe. 

 

On land, we start with stretching and warm up, followed by guided breathing to develop breath awareness. Different meditations combined with visualizations are applied to achieve  more refined focus and concentration.   

 

In the water, the experience involves intervals of guided relaxation and monitored breath holds while floating face up or down wearing a mask and snorkel, or a nose clip.

~ FEAR OF WATER ~

Whether you are afraid of the deep end of a pool, going deep to the open sea, or you've had a near drowning experience in the water, these session will transform the fear. As you trust the process, relax and learn how to swim, you'll see how the Water welcomes you, supporting and loving you.
